Vendor Governance: We help you hire, audit and supervise all service providers and in-home staff to ensure fair market rates and high quality work.
Utility Shield: We manage billing, service installations and any utility vendor disputes.

Concierge services:

  • Restaurant reservations.
  • Medical and family related appointments.
  • Gift procurement.
  • Party plan: small home parties.
  • Project manage home improvement projects (1 per month): Room organization, decoration and space optimization. Room remodels.

To maintain the high standard of stewardship our members expect, ALDAMA109 strictly caps its client roster. We are not a volume-based service provider; we are a dedicated private office for your specific household needs.
As such, we accept a limited number of new Members each year. This ensures that every message is answered promptly and every request is managed personally. We are currently reviewing applications for the upcoming year.
