Membership Options

Tier 1: The Keeper

ASSET WATCH & ADMINISTRATION
450 Monthly (+ IVA)
  • A once a week multi-point physical inspection (leaks, humidity, security, storm damage).
  • Digital Mailroom: A once a week collection of physical mail. We discard junk, scan important notices (Tax/Community), and email or text you the summary.
  • Vendor access: We act as keyholders when you are not home. We let the house maintenance provider in (plumber, electrician etc), supervise the work, send you pictures/video and lock up once everything is done.
  • The “Warm Arrival”: Before you return from a trip, we flush lines, adjust heating/AC, and stock the fridge with essentials.

Tier 2: The Resident

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT & FAMILY LOGISTICS
950 Monthly (+ IVA)
  • All Tier 1 services included.
  • Vendor Governance: We help you hire, audit and supervise all service providers and in-home staff to ensure fair market rates and high quality work.
  • Utility Shield: We manage billing, service installations and any utility vendor disputes.
  • Concierge services:
    Restaurant reservations.
    Medical and family related appointments.
    Gift procurement.
  • Party plan: small home parties.
  • Project manage home improvement projects (1 per month): Room organization, decoration and space optimization. Room remodels.

Tier 3: The 109 Luxury Experience

CHIEF OF STAFF & PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE
1850 Monthly (+ IVA)
  • All Tier 1 and 2 services included.
  • Domestic HR: Recruiting and payroll management for private staff (Nannies, Tutors, Housekeepers etc).
  • Event Curation: Private chef sourcing and event planning.
  • Relocation & Legal: Assistance with NIE, Empadronamiento, and residency paperwork.
  • Travel Logistics: Private aviation tarmac transfers and itinerary planning.
  • Project Manager for all home maintenance and improvement projects.
*Costs of external vendor services and goods billed separately.

To maintain the high standard of stewardship our members expect, ALDAMA109 strictly caps its client roster. We are not a volume-based service provider; we are a dedicated private office for your specific household needs.

As such, we accept a limited number of new Members each year. This ensures that every message is answered promptly and every request is managed personally. We are currently reviewing applications for the upcoming year.
